“My life has taken many unexpected turns that all was calling me to expand and to step forward into more undiscovered land. The profound openings and the broader perspective they have brought to my life, are what truly moves me to connect with others and guide them into what heals. It is my true joy to continue to share with you, what I know, see and love”

About Me
I am a Danish-Canadian Integrative holistic counsellor and therapist with over 25 years of counselling experience.
I was certified by ID-Academy (Integrative Dynamic Psychotherapy) in Denmark in 2000, and my background draws from a wide range of psychotherapeutic traditions, from cognitive and psychodynamic to existential and transpersonal approaches.
Through my own development and my work with clients, it became clear that I wanted to explore our ability to reconnect with what is deeper than our psychological structures — our essence. This led me to three years of training with the Diamond Logos Teaching, and later eight years with the Centre of Conscious Heart in Copenhagen, Denmark.
For the first 12 years of my work, I offered individual sessions, trained psychotherapy students, and facilitated silent retreats and workshops in Copenhagen. Since moving to Canada in 2012, I have continued to share my work online with clients worldwide, as well as in person in Edmonton and now Barrhead, Alberta.
“Suzan Erritzoe is an experienced Danish/Canadian integrative holistic counsellor and workshop facilitator, and the founder of Being One Counselling. She has been seeing clients for more than 25 years, as well as guiding groups in meditation and mindfulness, and leading workshops in how to align with deeper levels of our heart and being. Her work is based on a transpersonal approach to life – helping others to reconnect with deeper aspects of who they are, and how to let that enlighten and transform their daily lives.
Suzan offers counselling and workshops for anyone who wish to reconnect with a deeper sense of what they know and love – and to embody that in their lives.
She believes that every difficulty or issue in this existence has the potential to act as a door into more real meaning and pure goodness – to point us in the ”right” direction; to where we long to be.”
